Beauty in Concerts

Why do people travel from all over to go to concerts?  They go to these loud, crowded places and pay lots of money to do so.  What makes people keep attending these concerts?  Concerts are my favorite things to go to, and I would say people do this because it's a beautiful experience.  Concerts are where I feel most alive, and I want to have that happen to me over and over again.  If it were one of my favorite bands I would travel great lengths to see their show.  Again I think people do this because they feel a connection with certain bands, and feel like they belong to this presence of a larger group of people.  Everyone wants to feel connected to something larger than themselves.
